This book is one of the best books I’ve ever read on productivity and overall how to be better at life.
The biggest takeaway for me personally was his concept of “habit stacking”. How, basically, you ‘stack’ a habit you’d like to develop on top of a habit that you already have. This is something that I’ve actually done that has STUCK!
